How to Properly re-magnetize a magneto rotor magnet?

Hi,

Just found your sight. Seems like a great resource.

I work on aircraft junk we run on airboats. I like to know all the proper procedures and information I can learn. In what book or lesson can I find out how to properly re magnetize a rotor?

 Gain a  thorough understanding of the Magnetic Hysteresis Curve:

Allowing the magnet to drop from E to F on the curve is the most common mistake.
